Elena MacBride, DVM

Dr. Elena received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine located on the campus of Virginia Tech in May 2014. She grew up in Ellicott City, MD and is excited to return to work at Bethany Centennial Animal Hospital. Since graduating vet school she has worked in WV and PA. She has an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech as well as minors in chemistry and music. Her primary interest in veterinary medicine is companion animals, especially cats.  Outside of veterinary medicine, she most enjoys spending time with her husband, Jon, her two kids, Raven and Andy, and their cats, Rory and Leo. She also enjoys time with her extended family and friends, hiking, cake decorating and going to the beach.
